I am from Seattle, WA and have lived in town for 1 month!

Favorite things to do with your kids?
My favorite thing to do is go explore new places each day with my babies. They get so excited when we adventure out and it makes my heart so happy!
Favorite places to eat and shop in the area?
I am open for recommendations. I have yet to explore all of the restaurants in our area.
Favorite form of self care?
Oh I am not afraid to tell you that my secret to looking young after having kids is Botox! I also use ZO products morning and night to maintain my glow after sleepless nights with the babies!
Are you involved in a business venture or local org, a creative endeavor or in the corp world?
YES! I started my career 10+ years ago at a 4 diamond hotel in Dallas, TX where I worked as a Catering Sales Manager for all social events. I have been fortunate enough to travel the world within the industry. My biggest accomplishment was renting out an Island in Croatia for 250 C-level executives for a 4 day conference. Now that I have two little ones, I wanted to have a bit more flexibility to spend time with my family and it catapulted me to opening up my own business. Being a romanic, I fell in love with planning weddings and I now own Harlow Events which is a luxury event planning company. We travel all over the world and I have fantastic team located in Washington, Colorado and New Jersey. I feel very fortunate to own a business that I love to work at each day.
One tip for fellow Mom Entrepreneurs?
Mom guilt is a thing. Don’t worry about that so much because, your kids will grow up seeing your work ethic and want to be a boss one day just like you. Having something for myself that fulfills me, makes me a much better mom to my kids each day.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
I have a 16 year old little brother who lives in Seattle and he is the best brother a sister could ask for. With the huge age gap it was as if he was my kid but as he gets older we get closer and closer. It has been so much fun to live life with him.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
This community has been so kind to me. I have been reaching out to different locals in the area and someone is always willing to provide useful knowledge and advice. I love Madison so far!!!
