My kids (and mine) favorite breakfast cookie from Mama Knows Nutrition.

Ingredients:
⅓ cups quick oats
1 banana (my modification, her recipe calls for ½)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp unflavored protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
4-5 shakes of cinnamon (my modification)
Mini chocolate chip
- Smash the banana with a fork and mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Lay flat on the air fryer tray
- Air Fry on 350 for about 10 minutes (you have to watch for your specific air fryer)
- When the top browns take out to cool

- Enjoy!
